Amanda Wheeler is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health, and the Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric, and Neonatal Nurses. She received her master’s degree in nursing – clinical systems management from Excelsior College in Albany, NY, and a post-master’s certificate in family nurse practitioner from Sage College in Albany, NY. Amanda completed her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Excelsior College and her associate’s degree in nursing from Samaritan Hospital in Troy, NY. She also has a national certification in electronic fetal monitoring and inpatient obstetric nursing.
