Julie Phelps, CNP graduated from New Mexico State University – Carlsbad with an Associates degree in Nursing. She then received a Bachelor of Business degree from New Mexico State University – Las Cruces and a Bachelor of Nursing from Eastern New Mexico University in Portales. Julie then attended Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX and received her Master of Science in Nursing. She is board certified by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses.
