Crystal has been a nurse since 2005 and became a nurse practitioner in 2019. She has experience in both inpatient and outpatient care as a nurse practitioner. She has experience in managing chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, joint pain, depression, etc. She has daily availability in her schedule to address acute issues.She is dedicated to developing a care plan with each patient to ensure needs are met.
