About

Sarah Neal is a Nurse Practitioner working with Dr. McNamara in Pain Management. She completed her training in 2020 from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA and her previous experience was in acute care, managing elective and non-elective Orthopedic surgical patients. In her current position, she cares for patients with a variety of acute and chronic pain conditions with a focus on evidence-based and patient-centered care. The Monadnock Orthopaedic Associates team has been providing orthopedic care in the Monadnock region for more than twenty years. We are board-certified specialists who have trained at some of the most respected hospitals in the country, including the Mayo Clinic, and Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center.
