I'm Susan Toebben, a board-certified adult nurse practitioner (ANP) with Phelps Health. I specialize in senior care and worked for several years in long-term care. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas, Nevada. I received a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as an adult nurse practitioner from Saint Louis University School of Nursing in St. Louis, Missouri. I also offer telehealth visits, which allow patients to visit with me remotely using a smartphone, tablet or computer with an internet connection and audio-video capabilities.
