I'm Rachel Feeler, a certified family nurse practitioner who joined the Phelps Health team in 2017. I see adult patients (ages 18 and up). As a provider, I care for my patients as if they were my own family. I believe in getting to know my patients and working together to form a plan of care that is evidence-based and fits into their lives. I offer same-day or next-business day appointments. I also offer telehealth visits, which allow patients to visit with me remotely using a smartphone, tablet or computer with an internet connection and audio-video capabilities.
