I’m Aaron Cohlmia, FNP-C, APRN, and I joined Phelps Health in 2015 as a family nurse practitioner. I see patients of all ages at the Phelps Health Walk-In Clinics. I am a member of the Air Force/Air National Guard and became interested in medicine as an undergraduate. There’s no question that excellent patient-centered care and improved patient outcomes are connected with a strong patient-provider relationship. That is why I pride myself on developing trustworthy relationships with my patients. Together, we can create a care plan to help reach our goals.
