Emily Kea Brumfield is a certified Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with 14 years of experience in Neurology. She began her career as a nurse in 2001 after graduating from UMMC School of Nursing with a Bachelor of Nursing. She worked in UMMC's Adult Emergency Department and Critical Care before earning her Master of Nursing at UMMC. Emily has extensive experience as an Endovascular Neuroradiology NP, where she also served as a Research Coordinator on SAMMPRIS and several humanitarian device projects. She specializes in Stroke and Epilepsy, treating both inpatient and outpatient Neurology patients.
