Chad Jones is a board certified nurse practitioner. He received his doctor of nurse practice from The University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, TN. Chad has lived in Desoto County for over 30 years and enjoys helping those in need, especially in his community. He is professional, timely and compassionate. His primary focus is on diet, lifestyle modification and preventative screenings, not only to help limit disease occurrence, but also to improve disease outcomes. Chad sees patients for management of chronic conditions and treatment for minor illnesses and injuries.
