About

Shelby began her career in nursing through a large hospital system on the neurology and general medical floor. From there, she started as an endoscopy nurse with MNGI Digestive Health in 2014. Throughout her time as a nurse with MNGI Digestive Health she has worked on the hospital GI RN team and obtained her CGRN (certified gastroenterology registered nurse). She continued working at MNGI as a nurse while completing her Doctor of Nursing practice degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Upon graduation. she began her career as a nurse practitioner with MNGI. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, and Minnesota Nurse Practitioners.
