Kavitha Malango's nursing career started two decades ago in India. Moved to the United States in 2006 and practiced nursing at Park Nicollet health services from 2007. She has practiced nursing in various acute care settings including general medical floor, heart and vascular center, ambulatory surgery center, post-surgical unit, maternity unit, and emergency center. She completed Master's in adult gerontology nurse practitioner degree from St Catherine University in 2019 and practiced at an Internal medicine clinic in central Minnesota for a year. She is a member of Americal Academy of Nurse Practitioners and Minnesota Nurse Practitioners.
