What I Do. I have been a nurse for 26 years and I have been with CentraCare for 16 years. I wanted to do even more for the patients I encounter, so I decided to become a nurse practitioner. My philosophy of care is that good care comes from patients being active participants in their plan of care. My role as a nurse practitioner is to listen to my patients’ concerns with the intent to help them better their health. My special clinical interests include prevention and management of chronic health conditions including asthma, diabetes and high blood pressure. I also promote health and wellness for all ages from birth to death.
