What I Do. I worked as a registered nurse at the CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center for six years. When I was given the opportunity to continue working there as a nurse practitioner, I made the choice to do it. I have always had a special interest in cardiac care. I am fascinated with how the heart functions and how treatments within cardiology continue to evolve. My special clinical interests include valvular and structural heart disease, cardiac risk reduction and health promotion. Why I Love My Work. One of the best parts about my job is working with the team at the CentraCare Heart & Vascular Center. They are simply amazing. Together we provide outstanding care for our patients.
