Kara Maltese, MSN, NP-C was born and raised in the Metro Detroit area. After high school, she moved to Phoenix, AZ to attend Arizona State University where she graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After gaining several years of experience as a Registered Nurse, Kara dedicated her time to advance her education and career. She attended the University of Cincinnati where she graduated with her Master of Science in Nursing and became a Family Nurse Practitioner. Kara has nursing experience in pain management, retail health, pediatrics, endoscopy, and telemetry. She is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.
