Tony Jurecic is a board-certified nurse practitioner with UP Medical Group – Medical Specialists, focusing on nephrology. Throughout his career in the medical field, Tony gained experience in a variety of positions and specializations while simultaneously furthering his education, working as a medical assistant, registered radiographer, registered nurse (RN) in both intensive care and interventional radiology, and finally as a nurse practitioner, where he focused on both urgent care and ear, nose and throat specialties. He earned three degrees from Northern Michigan University, including an Associate degree in Radiology, a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Health, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
