Melissa Long, MSN, FNP brings a variety of prior nursing experience to her work in Urology at Saint Vincent Medical Group. Prior to obtaining her Family Nurse Practitioner education, Melissa worked in both acute care in hospitals such as St Vincent and UMass Health Alliance, as well as primary care, such as Wayside Health. She has a strong foundation in a variety of nursing settings and has developed a strong sense of purpose that is carried over to each patient encounter. Melissa is passionate about educating patients about healthy lifestyles and the impact that regular screenings have on health outcomes. Melissa creates an environment of comfort and safety for her patients to feel welcome and supported.
