Teresa Cole, APRN, feels called to helping you live a healthier lifestyle to feel whole. As a family medicine nurse practitioner with over 30 years experience, she uses a holistic approach to help her patients maintain their health and well-being. Teresa provides care to patients in a rural health clinic in Southeast Kentucky who are at a higher risk for serious illness. She also provides biweekly pediatric inpatient medical coverage in conjunction with a pediatrician on call. Teresa earned her degree in nurse practitioner studies at Frontier Nursing University in Hyden, Kentucky. She has experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings, with a background in emergency, surgery, primary care and pediatric care.
