Amy Hoffman is a board certified nurse practitioner at Goshen Physicians Middlebury. She collaborates with Keith Barkow, MD, to provide high quality, individualized care for patients of all ages. In addition to diagnosing and treating acute and chronic illness, Amy is clinically trained in disease prevention and holistic care. Prior to joining Goshen Physicians, Amy worked as a nurse practitioner in a highly specialized urology office. Her nursing experience includes an extensive and diverse practice in intensive care and postoperative surgical care for patients with a wide range of health conditions. Amy lives in the Middlebury community with her husband and children.
