Karen joined Horizon Health in 2019. She works in collaboration with Dr. Edward Rico, endocrinologist, in managing the care of patients with diabetes, thyroid issues, and other hormonal disorders. Karen worked many years as a nurse practitioner in Indiana. Her background includes diabetes management, child and adult wellness exams, and the diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic health conditions.
