Kathryn Nielsen, FNP

Kathryn "Katy" Nielsen has worked in both hospital and private practice settings. She has extensive experience as an RN with adult and pediatric intensive care at Clark Memorial Hospital in Clarksville, Indiana and Kosair Children’s Hospital (NICU) in Louisville, Kentucky. As a family nurse practitioner, Katy has worked in Idaho Falls since 2016 in both primary and psych care. Joining Rocky Mountain Diabetes Center in September of 2019, Katy brought her unique experience and has gelled very well within the specialized environment of diabetes care. She enjoys the friendly atmosphere at Rocky Mountain Diabetes Center and is excited to contribute to an expert team through exceptional diabetes care.
