Kelly Greene, FNP

About

Kelly Greene, FNP, DNP, is a provider with Georgia Heart Institute. She completed her clinical education at Liberty University, obtaining designations as Family Nurse Practitioner and Doctor of Nursing Practice. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Gardner-Webb University and her Associate of Applied Science in Nursing from Western Piedmont Community College. She previously worked as a Registered Nurse at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist and as an insurance company case manager and preservice coordinator for skilled nursing facility services.
