Crystal Townsend, FNP-C, is a certified family nurse practitioner highly experienced in caring for patients with cancer. Crystal is a graduate of Fort Hays State University in Kansas. She completed her Master of Science degree at Chamberlain University in Chicago, IL. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Crystal works collaboratively with you and a multidisciplinary team to accomplish the desired treatment goals with care and compassion. She has a heart and passion for making a difference in her patients’ lives. When she’s not working, she enjoys reading, being outdoors and spending time with family.
