Ted Newman is a certified nurse practitioner (CNP) with the radiation oncology team at the Orlando Health Cancer Institute. Ted has almost 20 years of experience including staff nurse in the U.S. Navy; infusion therapy nurse at a VA hospital in Seattle; and a registered nurse (RN) at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MInnesota. Ted earned his Master of Science in nursing (MSN) in the adult-gerontology nurse practitioner program from the University of Central Florida School of Nursing in Orlando. He performed clinical rotations in primary care, community health, gerontology, breast cancer and women’s health.
