Patricia Chavarria is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She earned a Master’s degree in Nursing from Florida International University in 2003. She has been working as a Nurse Practitioner, with primarily a focus on Cardiology for 20 years now. In the past ten years she has focused on Electrophysiology and Heart Failure. She is a Certified Heart failure Nurse and also a Certified Cardiac Device Specialist, with extensive experience with interrogation of pacemakers, defibrillators and loop recorders. She is our lead Nurse practitioner for both the Arrhythmia and Device clinic as well as for the Heart Failure program. She enjoys her work and brings her dedication and compassion to our team approach of patient care.
