About

Maydel Grinan is a certified family nurse practitioner with Bayfront Health Digestive Health Institute in St. Petersburg. She focuses on general gastrointestinal issues including prevention, screening, evaluation and treatment. She strives to create positive relationships with patients and their families. Maydel earned her bachelor's degree in nursing from the University of Sacred Heart in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and her master’s in nursing from South University in Savannah, Georgia. Maydel has experience as a nurse practitioner, senior community nurse, triage nurse and registered nurse supervisor at medical facilities in Florida. She also is an advanced practice registered nurse and is fluent in English and Spanish.
