Dianna Chizmas, APRN, MPH, is a nurse practitioner in family medicine. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, has been recognized as a Scholar of the Florida Public Health Leadership Institute, and has extensive experience in pediatric, adolescent, adult, family and women’s primary care. Dianna provides employee and occupational health services and care for work-related injuries. She also provides limited primary care for ages five years and older.
