Denise Moore, APRN

About

Denise is a Nurse Practitioner, board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is an active member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She graduated with her nursing degree from Ivy Tech State College in Indiana and achieved her Bachelor’s degree at Western Governors University. She worked in the Intensive Care Unit as Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse for eighteen years then achieved her Master’s degree in the Adult Family Nurse Practitioners program at South University of Tampa.
