Sarah Rooney, NP

About

Sarah Rooney grew up in the mountains in Wyoming. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University of Wyoming and her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Carolina. Prior to earning her MSN, she worked in multiple rural hospitals where she gained experience in surgical, orthopedic, and acute care. Sarah joined Family Physicians of Western Colorado (FPWC), a division of Primary Care Partners, in 2022. Sarah’s passion for healthcare started at a young age after seeing the positive effect that caring healthcare providers had on a family member suffering with a complicated illness. Keeping this in mind, Sarah works to create relationships with her patients.
