The Aurora Wellness Community Health Center offers a wide range of services to promote health and wellness, treat acute illnesses, and manage chronic disease. A partnership between the University of Colorado School of Medicine and the Aurora community, the Aurora Wellness Community Health Center is dedicated to building a healthier, more equitable future for the patients we serve. Our providers are committed to staying on the leading edge of primary and preventative care. We provide medical care to all ages, and our providers hold faculty appointments with the University of Colorado School of Medicine.
