Jennifer De Groot, NP, believes in delivering individualized evidence-based care to meet her patients' needs. Her goal is to establish a relationship with every patient, to listen to their concerns, values, and goals, and to share knowledge and tools to empower them to play an active role in their health and care. She strives to instill hope and inspire people to be the best they can be for themselves. Jennifer obtained her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Colorado at Colorado Springs in 2019. She is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (ANCC), Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist, and Insulin Pump Trainer.
