Erin Daniels, DNP-C, APRN, FNP-C, is a certified family medicine nurse practitioner who treats patients of all ages for acute concerns, chronic disease management and preventive medicine. Erin will be your partner in health care that focuses on joint decision-making. Erin received her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Denver School of Nursing and a bachelor’s degree in dietetics from the University of Northern Colorado. She’s a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the American College of Physicians (ACP).
