Elyze Wermel, NP, is committed to making the patient-provider relationship a space for open communication, understanding and education. Her goal is to help people achieve personal health and satisfaction with their healthcare. Elyze received her Bachelor of Arts in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training from Trinity International University and completed studies in Paramedicine at Pikes Peak Community College. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Colorado State University in Pueblo, Colorado, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing (FNP) & Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Anschutz, University of Colorado. Elyze is credentialed as a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (AANPCB).
