Alexis Kemp, AGACNP-BC, FNP-C, is a certified family medicine nurse practitioner. She is passionate about caring for others through medicine. She believes in the art of medicine, as each patient care plan is uniquely created to best serve them. She aims to educate her patients about disease prevention through food and optimizing health with minimal use of medications. Alexis is passionate about empowering and encouraging patients to reach their health care goals and incorporate their preferences and values into their care plans. In her free time, Alexis enjoys being outdoors, cooking, self-sustainability and raising her two young children.
