Board-certified family nurse practitioner Sarah Carroll, FNP, provides patients with a full range of primary care services, including wellness checks, physicals and well woman exams. She also cares for patients with chronic or complex conditions such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure, diabetes, hypertension and depression. Sarah earned her master's degree in nursing and family nurse practitioner from Regis University in Denver, graduating magna cum laude. She also graduated cum laude from Norfolk State University in Virginia, where she earned a bachelor's degree in nursing. She is accredited by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
