Sara Maya, FNP-BC, MPH, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing comprehensive primary care for the whole family since 2008. She has special interests in women’s health, substance use disorders and mental health, including psychiatric medication management. Sara works with each patient, helping them find ways to prioritize their health – getting diabetes under control, reducing anxiety, getting or staying sober, or simply getting current on any health maintenance they may have been putting off. “I meet each patient where they are at and see how I can help them achieve their goals.”
