I enjoy working with individuals to find simple and sustainable changes that meet their lifestyles. I am dedicated to helping individuals improve their health and meet their nutrition goals. I believe that health is multidimensional, encompassing physical, emotional, and mental well-being. My mantra is that all foods can be enjoyed, with moderation and mindfulness.
