Kerry Cromwell, FNP-BC, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner providing care post hospitalization or emergency room visit to patients with complex and chronic illness such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), congestive heart failure and more. Ms. Cromwell is an advocate of team-based care and works with physicians, specialists, pharmacists, dieticians and chaplains to provide treatment addressing patients’ physical needs while also respecting their emotional and spiritual needs. For nearly 20 years, her focus is on seeing each patient as a whole being and caring for them in their entirety.
