Juan Talamantez is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who is passionate about the health and well-being of his community. Raised in the Central Valley, Juan practices in Delano where he previously served as a registered nurse leader at Adventist Health. As a family nurse practitioner, Juan provides primary care and urgent care services to children and families. He’s excited to give back to the community that has molded him into the person he is today.
