Jennifer Goforth, MSN, FNP, is a dedicated primary care provider with decades of experience and a deep desire to help her patients live their healthiest lives. Jennifer focuses on care for individuals age 18 and older, including preventive screenings and treatment of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD and asthma. “I feel very blessed to have found my career calling, and love what I do,” Jennifer says. “I truly enjoy teaching individuals about preventive healthcare and coaching them through their health issues. Specializing in family medicine has enabled me to build long-term relationships by caring for up to three generations of families.”
