Jacob Stewart is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who takes the time to listen to his patients’ individual healthcare needs. He believes that the best medical care happens when patients and practitioners work together as a team. With this in mind, Jacob focuses on helping patients to create lasting change through preventative care and simple lifestyle modifications. His background in emergency medicine enables him to treat a multitude of conditions and it brings him great satisfaction, when he is able to make an impactful difference in patients’ lives. Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys traveling, cooking and being an active member of his community.
