Erica Baumker, PNP, specializes in caring for children of all ages. She works with her young patients and their families to create health plans that work for their lifestyle and cultural preferences. She is fluent in Spanish. Erica sees patients from birth to 18 years of age. When working with children and their families, Erica wants children to feel strong and healthy. Another big part of my approach to care is making sure the parents feel heard and confident in caring for their child. I make sure that any plan I give to a family is something they can carry out in their unique home and family setting.
