Elgie Agcaoili Camales, FNP-BC is a Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience in acute care nursing and clinical education with Adventist Health and beyond. Originally from the Philippines, she speaks English, Tagalog and Ilocano. Her education has allowed her to serve in numerous areas of expertise, with many different people. She states, “I was inspired to practice medicine from my passion to help others; I believe that helping others is my purpose in life. Although this profession requires hard work, it is very rewarding.” She now manages, treats and performs tasks relating to GI disorders within the scope of advanced nursing practice.
