Derek McDonough, MSN, FNP-BC, AGACNP-BC has joined Adventist Health Physicians Network Hanford at the Lacey Medical Plaza. In addition to providing preventative care, such as wellness checks and patient education, Derek treats patients with various chronic conditions, including but not limited to cardiac disease, asthma, obesity, and depression. Derek’s care philosophy aligns with Adventists Health’s vision to “transform the health experience of our communities by improving physical, mental, and spiritual health; enhancing interactions; and making care more accessible”. With strong ties to the Central Valley, he understands the value in primary care and health maintenance for the community he serves.
