Dr Scarbrough is one of four people dual licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and a Chiropractor in the state of Arkansas. He is a graduate of the Carrick Institute of Functional Neurology with his post-graduate in Clinical Neurology. He is certified in Acupuncture and a Certified Medical Examiner able to perform DOT CDL exams as well as BasicMed Flight Physicals. He is a licensed RN and EMT. He also an adjunct faculty member for Empire Medical Training where he teaches joint and trigger point injections as well as musculoskeletal ultrasound all over the United States to MDs, FNPs, and PAs.
