Nightingale Direct Care

Nightingale Direct Care is a direct primary care (DPC) practice. This is a monthly membership-based practice. I see patients across the lifespan, no younger than 6 months of age. Membership includes your preventative/wellness needs as well as any acute or urgent needs you may have. If you need me urgently after hours, you have access to me. When you call the office, you speak to me. No run-around, no long waits. Every patient gets the time they need. Membership includes in-office testing like strep/flu swabs, urine testing, simple suturing, abscess incision/drainage, and other minor office procedures- all in the monthly membership. Labs, imaging, and meds can be purchased at deeply discounted prices, or you can use your insurance.
