Mindful Choice Institute provides Psychiatric and Addiction services to clients ages 5 and up. In addition we provide telepsychiatry services right from your own home. All you need is internet access and a camera. Access is available through your computer, iphone or tablet with a camera and speakers. Medication management is available and sent right to your pharmacy or mail order. Call today for more information and schedule an appointment for intake. We accept most major insurances and work with a sliding fee schedule on a case to case basis
