Leigh Ann McGlinn, PhD, APRN, NNP-BC, RRT-NPS, is an accomplished neonatal nurse practitioner with a focus on multidimensional competency evaluation and health care simulation. She enjoys researching and working with patients of neonatal respiratory modalities, cardiac and genetics. Leigh Ann McGlinn enjoys being a ‘neonatal detective,’ examining her patients and the history of their ailments.
