Jennifer Mabry is a family nurse practitioner who works side by side with her patients as their advocate, empowering them to improve their overall health. “It is important as a patient that you have someone you can trust and can rely on when it comes to your health,” she said. She strongly believes open communication leads to strong trusting relationships with patients. “I have open communication with them and keep my word,” she said. “I want to build a trusting relationship, and I want them to know that their health is extremely important to me.” As a primary care provider, she believes it is important to be there physically and emotionally for patients, treating the whole person.
