Jeffrey Roth is a Nurse Practitioner who has worked as a stroke coordinator for five years. Additionally, he created and grew a support group for stroke survivors and their families. His goal is to help his patients achieve the best possible health outcomes. Mr. Roth's care philosophy is to provide safe and effective care for every patient and ensure that their dignity is maintained at all times. He makes sure all patients are treated like a person and that each of their individual needs is met. Mr. Roth is a 2022 Daisy Award recipient for his outstanding work as a nurse. The Daisy Awards are the highest honor that a nurse can receive. He is a board-certified nurse practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
