Kohlton Rhoda, DNP, AGPCNP-C

About

Kohlton began in healthcare working as a CNA in a nursing home in highschool. She went on to become an RN working in ICUs across the country. Through this experience she found her passion preventative care, & helping individuals learn how to manage their chronic diseases (and stay OUT of the hospital). Kohlton is now accepting new patients for primary care 18 years and up. Her goal is to meet patients exactly where they are, and to collaborate together to create a patient-centered treatment plan. Kohlton takes a whole-person approach to care with a passion for lifestyle interventions that target nutrition and physical activity. She is excited for the opportunity to provide more access to primary care for residents of the Kenai Peninsula.
